Cello Group plc("Cello" or the "Company")

Change of Name update

Further to the announcement made on 23 April 2018, the Company confirms that it has decided to change its name to "Cello Health plc" instead of "Cello Health Group plc" and it is expected that this change will become effective tomorrow. The Company's ticker symbol "CLL" will remain unchanged.

Once the change of name has become effective, a further announcement will be made and it is expected that the Company's website address will change to www.cellohealthplc.com.
