Change in director's details
In accordance with Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules, Cello announces that Allan Rich, the non-executive chairman of Cello, was a non-executive director of Michaelides & Bednash Limited at the time that company was put into voluntary creditors' liquidation.
Michaelides & Bednash Limited ceased trading on 7 October 2008 and liquidators were appointed on 10 November 2008. The liquidators' report was produced on 29 July 2009 and the final creditors' meeting is expected to take place on 18 September 2009.
