Total Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Group notifies the market that as at 31 October 2019, Clinigen's issued share capital consists of 132,848,758 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each with voting rights. No shares are held in Treasury.
The above figure of 132,848,758 may be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interests in, the Group under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
