CLS announces that John Whiteley, Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Board of his intention to retire from the Board and leave the Company on 31 March 2019. John was appointed to the Board as CFO on 22 November 2009. The Company will now begin a search for a successor and will make a further announcement in due course.

Fredrik Widlund, Chief Executive of CLS, commented:

"We wish John well in his retirement and thank him for his significant contribution to the Company during his time at CLS. As CFO he has been instrumental in raising the Company's profile and in building a well-financed, strong platform for the future. I am pleased that he will continue to play an active role over the coming months to ensure an orderly handover to his successor."
