Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") or persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") has been notified pursuant to the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 5p ("Shares"), which took place on 19 February 2024, and involved Jamie Cayzer-Colvin, a director, and a person closely associated with him.
Mr Cayzer-Colvin transferred 2,600 Shares in Caledonia, representing 0.005% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital, to his spouse for nil consideration. The transaction was conducted off-market in London and did not change Mr Cayzer-Colvin's beneficial or non-beneficial holdings in the Company. Mr Cayzer-Colvin's total interests in Shares following the above transactions therefore remain as follows:
