Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") has been notified pursuant to DTR 3.1.2R of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 5p each involving one of its directors, William Wyatt.

Following a distribution on 15 January 2016 by a family trust of which Mr Wyatt is a potential beneficiary and a Trustee, Mr Wyatt's beneficial holding in Caledonia has reduced by 2,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.004% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital. 

Mr Wyatt's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transaction are as follows:

Beneficial - 1,077,365* shares = 1.95%

Non-beneficial - 28,293 shares = 0.05%

Options - 19,496 shares = 0.04%

Performance share scheme awards - 103,909 = 0.19%

Deferred bonus plan awards - 70,024 shares = 0.13%

* includes 972,066 shares owned by The Dunchurch Lodge Stud Company, a private company controlled by Mr Wyatt and persons connected with him.
