Trading Update

Pinnacle, (AIM:PINN), the provider of integrated telecommunications solutions and services, is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Accent Telecom UK Limited ("Accent"), has won a hosted voice (VoIP) contract with Hammonds Furniture Limited, a major UK furniture retail group. The three year deal, expected to generate £500,000 of revenue, represents a significant turning point for Pinnacle as it continues to evolve its business from traditional telephony, into the next generation of Internet Protocol (IP) services.

Commenting on the new contract win, Alan Bonner, CEO of Pinnacle, said: "Despite the sharp economic downturn we have continued to make progress following the acquisition of Accent in June of this year. This latest contract win will see our fully owned, hosted telephony solution deployed across 90 retail outlets and three call centres in the UK. 

We pride ourselves in being competitive coupled with having the ability to deliver a solutions based result that actually enhances the customer's business. This win is no exception; our solution will deliver enhanced telephony features for our client but at a significantly reduced cost when compared to their current provider." 

As anticipated in our half year announcement, Accent has now been successfully integrated into Pinnacle. This acquisition has been a watershed in the development of the Group as we continue our drive to build a business of scale. As a result, the board expects that the performance in the second half to 30 September 2009 will be much improved compared to the first half.
