The Company announces that it was notified today that Alan J Bonner, Chief Executive Officer, bought 40,063,984Β OrdinaryΒ shares in the CompanyΒ today at a priceΒ of 0.1375Β pence per share. Following this purchase Mr.Β BonnerΒ is interested in 162,791,257Β OrdinaryΒ Shares representing 9.56Β per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
