Directorate Change
Christopher Wightman has today stepped down as a director and as chairman of the Company in order to concentrate on his other business commitments. The board of directors of the Company ("Board") would like to thank Chris for the experience he has brought and the commitment he has made to the Company since its launch. Michael O'Higgins, an existing director of the Company, has been appointed as chairman in his place.
The Board is also pleased to announce the appointment today of Kate Cornish-Bowden as a non-executive director of the Company. Kate brings with her a wealth of experience from her time at Morgan Stanley and the Board welcomes her to the Company.
There are no details required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
In light of the change to the constitution of the Board, and in connection with the current offer for subscription of C ordinary shares which opened on 7 January 2011, the Company is in the process of preparing a supplementary prospectus. A further announcement will be made following publication of the supplementary prospectus.
