Resignation of Non-Executive Vice Chairman

Celsius Resources Limited ("Celsius" or "the Company") would like to advise the resignation of Mr. Jonathan Colvile as Non-Executive Vice Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Board effective 6 April 2023.

The Board of Celsius would like to thank Mr. Colvile for his contributions to the Company since his appointment as Non-Executive Director in January 2022, as the Company seeks to find a suitable replacement.

Celsius Chairman Atty. Julito R. Sarmiento said:

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Jonathan for his time on the Celsius Board and in supporting former Chairperson Martin Buckingham in helping finance the MCB Project. Now that the Company is listed in London, Jonathan is taking this opportunity to move on. We wish him all the best on his future endeavors."
