CELSIUS RESOURCES LIMITED ("Celsius" or the "Company")
ASX TRADING HALT
The Directors of Celsius Resources Limited advise that trading in the ordinary shares of the Company has been halted on the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") effective from Tuesday, 5 March 2024 further to the Company's request in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1.1.
Trading of the Company's shares on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange remains unaffected.
The Company has requested a trading halt on the ASX pending the release of an announcement in relation to its flagship Maalinao-Caigutan-Biyog Copper-Gold Project ("MCB Project) and the issuance of project sensitive documents by the Philippine National Government. The Company expects that the trading halt will end by the Company making an announcement on the issuance of project sensitive documents by the Philippine National Government for the MCB Project.
This announcement has been authorised by the Board of Directors of Celsius Resources Limited.
The information contained within this announcement is deemed by the Company to constitute inside information as stipulated under the Market Abuse Regulations (EU) No. 596/2014 as it forms part of UK Domestic Law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
