The Company was notified on 23 October 2013 that, on 23 October 2013, Tony Harris, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Elektron ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Harris is interested in 10,000 Ordinary Shares.
