Mr Case sold 84,260 shares and Mr Woyda sold 15,740 shares, each at a price of £19.50 per share in order to meet their tax liability on exercise of the options, and following these sales a balance of 80,550 shares was retained by Mr Case and a balance of 17,624 shares by Mr Woyda.
