Cape PLC26 April 2006 Cape PLC Proposed Disposal Cape PLC, (AIM: CIU), announces that it is in discussions with SGB GroupLimited, a subsidiary of Harsco, for the disposal of Cleton, Cape's industrialservices businesses in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. The proposed transaction, which the parties hope to conclude by the end of May2006, is subject to due diligence, regulatory clearance and the detailednegotiation of satisfactory contract terms.
