Exercise of Share Options
The Company announces that on 16 September 2009, 121,573 options were exercised under the Company's Sharesave Plan over ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 135 pence per Ordinary Share and 60,000 options were exercised under the Company's Employee Incentive Plan over Ordinary Shares at a price of 120 pence per Ordinary Share.
Application has been made for the admission of a total of 181,573 Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. The shares will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 am on 23 September 2009.
Total Voting Rights
Following admission of the 181,573 new Ordinary Shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company's Ordinary Shares will be 115,848,386 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Cape under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
