Issue of Ordinary shares to Director
Cape announces that, on 28 November 2012, Tim Eggar, Non-Executive Chairman, was allotted 5,222 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 179.566 pence per share, representing 0.004 per cent. of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
The shares allotted to Tim Eggar were pursuant to his standing instructions to receive shares as part satisfaction of his annual director's fees.
Following this transaction Tim Eggar has a beneficial interest in 59,370 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.049 per cent. of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for 5,222 Ordinary Shares to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance.
Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), Cape advises that, as at the date of this announcement and following the issue of the 5,222 Ordinary Shares referred to above, it has a single class of shares in issue which are admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, being ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") and that there are 121,068,690 Ordinary Shares in issue, each carrying one vote per Ordinary Share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company's Ordinary Shares is 121,068,690 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Rules.
