Cape Performance Share Plan
Cape plc (the "Company") announces that, pursuant to its annual grant under its 2011 Performance Share Plan and subject to the limitations set out in its Remuneration Policy (as adopted on 14 May 2014), Joe Oatley and Michael Speakman were granted nil-cost options over the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each on 17 March 2017:

Subject to certain performance conditions being met, the options will vest on a sliding scale basis on the third anniversary of the date of grant, and be exercisable during the period 17 March 2020 to 16 March 2022. Such part of the options which do not vest, due to the performance conditions not being met, will lapse.
