Director Shareholding
The Company was notified on 10 May 2013 that Health Partners Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Health Trust (Jersey), of which Ali Parsa, a non-executive director of the Company, is a beneficiary) sold:
·; 13,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 46 pence per share on 10 May 2013.
Following this transaction Mr Parsa is interested in 2,842,800 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.2 % of the total issued share capital of the Company.
