Total Voting Rights

The Company makes the following announcement in accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

As at 30 April 2012, the Company had in issue 142,764,148 ordinary shares, nominal value 1p per share, each with one voting right.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
