A market price option to acquire 5,213 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") was exercised on 20 May 2015 by a Director of the Company under the terms of the Cineworld Group Plc Company Share Option Plan (the "Plan"). The middle market quotation of a Share on the exercise date was ÂŁ5.05. Details are provided below:

This exercise related to the three year plan cycle ending in January 2015 and was subject to the satisfaction of an EPS performance condition.
In accordance with the rules of the Plan, the award was settled by the issue of 5,213 Shares following payment by the Director of the exercise price. The Shares were issued directly to the award holder at the direction of the trustee of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust.
