Publication of admission document
Following the announcement made by COLG on 11 August 2017 regarding the proposed reverse takeover of Milton Homes, Subscriptions and Open Offer, COLG announces that an admission document is being posted to shareholders, together with the Notice of General Meeting, and will be available to download from the Company's website at www.cityoflondongroup.com later today until 12 months after the date of Second Admission in accordance with the AIM Rules.
It is expected that trading in the Company's ordinary shares will resume on AIM when the document becomes available later today.
Application has been made for the Open Offer Entitlements to be admitted to CREST. It is expected that such Open Offer Entitlements will be credited to CREST on 18 September 2017.
