The Company has been informed that Eric Anstee, Chief Executive, has bought 40,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company on 10 August 2011 at a price of 77p per share. The shares have been bought for Mr Anstee's SIPP. Mr Anstee now holds a beneficial interest in a total of 428,398 ordinary shares, representing 2.33% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
