Rollover Opportunity to exchange Carador Shares for shares in
Blackstone / GSO Loan Financing Limited
Capital reorganisation and allotment of new BGLF C Shares postponed
The BGLF Rollover Opportunity announced on 23 November 2018, whereby shareholders in Carador Income Fund plc ("Carador") may elect to rollover their investment in Carador into an investment in Blackstone / GSO Loan Financing Limited ("BGLF"), closed at 9.00 a.m. on 21 December 2018.
Valid elections have been received in respect of 133,450,591 Carador U.S. Dollar Shares and 488 Repurchase Pool Shares. Subject to satisfactory anti money laundering ("AML") checks, these will be converted into 133,451,107 Carador Rollover Shares which are to be cancelled on the allotment of new BGLF C Shares to the holders of such Carador Rollover Shares. It was expected that the relevant AML checks would be completed in time for the new BGLF C shares to be allotted and admitted to trading on 4 January 2019. However, partly due to seasonal factors, they are taking slightly longer than expected to complete and the capital reorganisation has been delayed. Admission of the new BGLF C Shares is now expected to occur on Monday 7 January 2019. .
A further announcement and details of any other changes to the expected timetable for Admission will be notified by the Company through a Regulatory Information Service.
