Directors' fees

During the 12 months to 31 December 2013 the Company's business has increased in complexity, specifically in respect of the evolving regulatory environment. To recognise this increased complexity, the Company has resolved to increase the maximum level of directors' remuneration by 10 per cent with effect from 1 January 2014, to an aggregate maximum of EUR 285,500 (excluding taxes and withholdings).
