Change of Name

 

CIC, the consulting and advisory firm operating primarily in the mining and energy infrastructure sectors is pleased to announce that it will change its Company name to CIC Capital Ltd with effect from 31 May 2013.

 

The Company's ISIN will remain the same but the TIDM will change from CICR to CICC.

 

The address of the Company's website will change to www.ciccapital.com

 

 

Stuart J. Bromley CEO commented: The name change more accurately reflects the underlying business of CIC and is intended to simplify investor communications.
