The Chime Communications plc Savings-Related Share Option Scheme 1994 

(the 'Scheme')

All eligible directors and employees have been offered the opportunity of joining the Scheme under which they granted options over shares in the Company subject to their entering a corresponding savings agreement. 

Mark Smith, an executive director of the Company applied to join the Scheme and on 22 May 2009 was awarded an option of 8,995 shares of 25 pence each in the Company at an exercise price of 67.5 pence per share. These options are exercisable between 1 July 2014 and 31 December 2014.
