Chime Communications PLC13 April 2007 Chime Communications plc (the "Company") Acquisition of Fast Track Sales Limited - Posting of Class 1 Circular Further to the Company's announcement of 13 March 2007 regarding the proposed acquisition of Fast Track Sales Limited by the Company, a circular (the "Circular") has today been posted to shareholders convening an Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM"). The purpose of the EGM is to allow shareholders to vote on the ordinary resolution to approve the proposed acquisition of Fast Track Sales Limited as it is a Class 1 acquisition under the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA"). The EGM will be held at 11am on 30 April 2007, at 14 Curzon Street, London, W1J 5HN. Assuming the EGM resolution is passed, the acquisition is expected to be completed on 30 April 2007.
