The Company has been notified that, as of 11th April 2011, FIL Limited had an indirect interest in 4,223,972 ordinary shares of 25 pence each, which represents 5.26% of the issued share capital of the Company. The number of voting rights is 4,223,972. This notification has been triggered by a decrease in the holding of FIL Limited crossing above the 5% threshold.
