Director Dealings Notification

The Company has today purchased 14,164 ordinary shares of 25 pence each of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 353.00 pence per share to meet its remuneration commitments to the Chairman, Lord Davies.

As previously notified to shareholders, Lord Davies remuneration includes a commitment by the Company to pay £50,000 of his fees in shares. There are no direct restrictions on sale of these shares, however, Lord Davies' contract includes a commitment by him to make a matching investment each year in the Company building to a total of £300,000 by the end of April 2016.

Following the purchase Lord Davies holds a beneficial interest in a total of 49,849 Shares representing 0.05% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company at 28 April 2014 is 98,373,677 shares.
