Director Dealing Notification

Today, Mark Smith, the Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director of the Company, has exercised his option under the Chime Savings-Related Share Option Scheme to buy 8,995 shares of 25 pence each in the Company that were awarded to him on 22 May 2009 at an exercise price of 67.5 pence per share.

Following the exercise Mark Smith now holds a beneficial interest in a total of 406,810 Shares representing 0.41% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company at 1 July 2014 is 98,899,451 Shares.
