The Company received notification on 31 October 2013 of the following dealings by its directors in the ordinary shares of 25 pence each of the Company ("Shares"), pursuant to the placing announced by the Company on 25 October 2013:
Lord Davies, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 16,667 Shares at 300 pence per share.
Following the purchase Lord Davies now holds a beneficial interest in a total of 35,685 Shares representing 0.04% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
Christopher Satterthwaite, Chief Executive, purchased 16,667 Shares at 300 pence per share.
Following the purchase Christopher Satterthwaite now holds a beneficial interest in a total of 430,209 Shares representing 0.45% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
Mark Smith, Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director, purchased 8,333 Shares at 300 pence per share into his Alliance Trust SIPP.
Following the purchase Mark Smith now holds a beneficial interest in a total of 362,137 Shares representing 0.38% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
The issued share capital of the Company as at 31 October 2013 is 94,804,332 Shares, each carrying one voting right. No Shares were held in treasury.
