This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
On 26 August 2016, Pierre Denis, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (a "PDMR"), exercised options over 439,801 ordinary shares of 100p each in Jimmy Choo PLC for a nominal total consideration of £1. Mr Denis simultaneously sold 206,740 ordinary shares at an average price of 123.2236p per share to cover the tax and NI liability arising from the option exercise. He has therefore increased his holding by 233,061 ordinary shares and now holds 3,004,489 ordinary shares which represents 0.8% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
