Exercise of sharesave options and sale of shares
Chemring Group PLC ("Chemring" or "the Company") announces that on 1 October 2020 Andrew Lewis and Sarah Ellard, directors of the Company, exercised options granted under the Chemring Group 2008 UK Sharesave Plan on 27 July 2017 and today sold shares as detailed below.
