Conclusion of Buyback Programme
Castings Plc ("Castings" or the "Company") announces that on 13 May 2022, it concluded the share buyback programme announced on 15 March 2022. In aggregate, during the course of the buyback programme the Company repurchased 74,000 ordinary shares at a VWAP of 308.19 pence per share.
Casting's issued share capital comprises 43,632,068 ordinary shares, of which 74,000 ordinary shares are held in treasury. The Company now has a total of 43,558,068 ordinary shares in issue with voting rights. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
