It is announced that the following acquisitions of Common Shares occurred upon the exercise of nil cost Performance Share Plan awards on 13 February 2015:

As a result of exercising his PSP award, Mr Brand will receive an additional 43,632 Common Shares representing dividend equivalents on 20 February 2015. His total holding at that date will be 1,372,097 Common Shares.

The above PSP awards were satisfied by the issue of new shares and the dividend equivalents by shares from the Catlin Group Limited Employee Benefit Trust.
