Director/PDMR shareholding

Chaarat (AIM:CGH) was notified on 12th June 2017 that on that day, Mada Limited, on behalf of Dekel Golan, CEO, sold 4,000,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Shares") in the Company at a price of 19.225p per share, representing the average of the closing price for the last five trading days.
Following this transaction, Dekel Golan has a beneficial interest in 10,275,691 Shares representing approximately 2.92% of Chaarat's issued share capital.
Martin Andersson, Chairman of Chaarat, comments: "Dekel informed the Board of his need to sell a parcel of shares for personal reasons. The parcel represents approximately 1.1% of Chaarat's issued share capital and 10 times the average monthly trading volume for the last year. We were pleased to be able to place these shares so quickly due to the demand for Chaarat shares which can often be difficult to meet through trading on the market. I am delighted to welcome new shareholders to Chaarat's register."
Chaarat's directors now hold 43.58% of the Company's issued share capital.
Following a net sale of 528,600 shares by members of the concert party (who are not PDMRs), and in accordance with the announcement dated 12th April 2017, a further 2,052,254 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each may be acquired by the concert party within a period of three months from 12 April 2017 without triggering a requirement to make a mandatory offer under the Articles of Association of the Company.
