On 17 March 2009, the Company was informed that on 16 March 2009, Robert Kennett, a Non-Executive Director of Ceramic Fuel Cells, purchased 290,000 ordinary shares of nil par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.75 pence per share, representing 0.00% of the issued share capital. 

Following this announcement, Robert Kennett is interested in 100,000 unlisted options and 290,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.00% of the issued share capital.
