Ltd. was issued with 236,111ordinary shares of nil par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company,representing 0.08% of the issued share capital. This issue of shares was made as part-settlement of the Chairman's fundraisingagreement at a volume weighted average price used was A$0.60 in accordance withthe terms detailed in the Admission Document of 24 February 2006. J W Dinsdale & Associates Pty. Ltd. is a company controlled by Julian Dinsdale,Chairman of the Company and therefore is considered to be a "related party" ofthe Company for the purposes of the AIM Rules. Following this announcement J W Dinsdale & Associates Pty. Ltd. is interested in536,111 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.18% of the issued share capital. Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on the AIMmarket of the London Stock Exchange. These shares rank pari passu with theCompany's existing Ordinary Shares and dealings are expected to commence on 20March 2006.
