Exercise of Warrants
TheΒ Company announcesΒ it has issued and allotted 200,000 new ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company at a price of 8p, pursuant to an exercise of warrants.Β
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares, which will rankΒ pari passuΒ with all existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take place on 23 October 2008.
