First Close with Lind Partners

LGO is pleased to confirm that, as announced on the 7 December, the refinancing has now completed. First close on the transaction agreed with the Lind Partners, LLC ("Lind") occurred today. LGO received the proceeds from the first drawdown of US$1.825 million on the Lind Funding Agreement and paid BNP Paribas ("BNPP") the closing sum of US$1.75m in full settlement of all amounts due to BNPP, who have now released rights to the senior security they previously held.

An update on plans for drilling at the Goudron Field in Trinidad will be provided in due course.
