Director's Dealings
The Company has just been informed that David Lenigas, Chairman, has today purchased a further 2 million ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company at a price of 1.3 pence per share. This purchase takes Mr Lenigas's total holding to 137 million ordinary shares, representing 14.90% of the total issued share capital.
Mr Lenigas also holds 8 million options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 3 pence that expire on 16 March 2012.
