In Panel Statement 2011/26, published at 2.29pm today, the Panel Executive stated that Enigmatic was considering whether to appeal against the ruling set out in that Statement.
Enigmatic has confirmed to the Panel Executive that it will not appeal against the ruling and, accordingly, the ruling stands.
