Clarity Commerce Solutions plc announces that Colin Wells, a Non-executive Director of the Company, has stepped down from the Board with effect from today because of an increasing number of other commitments, which, in his view, will inhibit his capacity to serve Clarity to the extent he considers to be appropriate.
Sir Colin Chandler, Chairman of Clarity, commenting, said, "We recruited Colin to the Board because of his expertise, experience and enthusiastic support for our strategy. These factors have been well to the fore during his time with us and we will miss his considerable contribution to the work of the Board. On a personal note, I am sorry to lose such a valued colleague and the other members of the Board join me in wishing him success and good fortune in his other ventures."
There are no plans to replace Colin Wells for the time being.
