Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs')
The Company announces that on 20 March 2019, a deferred bonus award was granted to the Chief Executive Officer over shares of CHF 6.70 in the Company relating to a performance related annual bonus for 2018 under the terms of the Company's Management Incentive Plan (the "Deferred Shares"):

The number of Deferred Shares granted is equivalent to 50 per cent of the annual bonus awarded to the Chief Executive Officer for the 2018 financial year, calculated on the basis of the closing price for the Deferred Shares on the date of grant.
