Computacenter plc ("Computacenter" or the "Company"), the independent provider of IT infrastructure and services that enables users and their business, announces that Philip Yea has advised the Company that he will not seek re-election to the Board at the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") on 18 May 2018 and intends to step down from his position as a Non-Executive Director of the Board of Directors (the "Board"), with effect from 24 April 2018, following the publication of the 2017 Annual Report and Accounts.

The Company confirms that a process to select a new Non-Executive Director to replace Mr Yea is underway, and anticipates that that this process will have been completed by the time of the Company's AGM.
