Computacenter plc (the "Company") announces the appointment of Rene Haas to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Mr Haas is a US national currently based in the UK. In his current global role as a Group President with Arm Limited he spends considerable time in the major technology centres across Europe, the US and Asia. Arm is the world's leader in semiconductor IP as well as providing IoT device and data management platforms. Mr. Haas is responsible for leading Arm's Intellectual Property Group and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer as an Arm Executive Committee Member.

Mr Haas is a global business leader with 30 years plus of executive and general management, marketing and sales experience ranging from Fortune 1000 technology companies with revenues up to $4 billion to well-funded high-profile technology start-ups. Prior to his current role, Mr Haas was, amongst other appointments, Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing at Arm and spent seven years as Vice President and General Manager Computing Products at NVIDIA Corporation.
