Significant Shareholding
On 22 August 2011, Charlemagne Capital Limited ("Charlemagne", the "Company"), was notified that, as at 19 August 2011, Regatta Investments LLC, a Florida Limited Liability entity was the beneficial owner of 10,000,000 (3.6%) of the Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each in the Company of the issued share capital and is therefore considered to be a significant shareholder in the Company for the purposes of the AIM Rules.
