Transaction in Shares by a Director
Charlemagne Capital Limited ("Charlemagne", the "Company"), has been notified of the purchase of shares in the Company by a trust of which Jayne Sutcliffe is a potential beneficiary.
On 17 September 2014, the Company was informed that the trust which is intended to benefit Jayne Sutcliffe and her family had purchased, on 17 September 2014, 200,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 per share, representing 0.07% of Charlemagne's issued share capital, at a price, before expenses, of 14.5 pence per share.
As a result of these transactions, Jayne Sutcliffe and her family have a beneficial interest (as beneficiaries of discretionary trusts) in a total of 31,708,519 ordinary shares of US$0.01 per share in the Company, representing 10.9% of the issued share capital.
