CATCo Reinsurance Opportunities Fund Ltd (the "Company") was informed today that, on 20 May 2011, Alastair Barbour acquired 40,450 new C-shares (CATC.L) at a price of $1.00 per C-Share. The new C shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
Following this purchase, Mr Barbour has an interest of 40,450 shares, representing 0.019 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
