CARR'S MILLING INDUSTRIES PLC

Director/ PDMR Shareholding

Carr's announces that Chris Holmes (Chief Executive Officer) and Ron Wood (Finance Director), have today each exercised options over 6,000 ordinary shares in the Company of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 502.30 pence per share, under the terms of the Carr's Milling Industries Approved Executive Share Option Scheme 2006.

Ron Wood subsequently sold 3,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 850.00 pence per share.

Following the above transactions, Chris Holmes is interested in 124,527 Ordinary Shares (representing 1.41% of the Company's issued share capital), and Ron Wood is interested in 98,230 Ordinary Shares (representing 1.12% of the Company's issued share capital).
